hermitage

That hermitage was more beautiful than even the Heavens; 

1. it was on the bank of a river; 
2. various kinds of trees were there; 
3. it was frequented with wild animals having no enmity with each other; 
4. the whole place was echoed with the sounds of cuckoos. 
5. The students were studying and reverberating the atmosphere with their Vedic chants; 
6. hundreds of herds of deers were running there; 
7. rice trees had grown there wildly at places and their harvests were collected at places; 
8. good flowery trees and others with delicious fruits were seen there; 
9. at places fragrant smells of oblations of ghee, etc.,
